We try to deliver the product all over India.

If your address is not serviceable by any of our courier partner, we will call you for address correction or alternate address.

Status of refund request

It takes upto 2 to 3 weeks for refund to show-up in your account after it has been initiated. Credit Points refund happens within 48 hours of initiation.

No Invoice received

You will be send an email for every single step from us.

When will I get the replacement or refund?

We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our center. For refunds it takes upto 2 to 3 weeks for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund. However, if the refund is in Credit Points, the amount is immediately transferred to your cardin.in account. The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or you have not written cardin.in order number on the package.

My product has been couriered, how do I know it has reached you?

You will receive an email from us once we receive the courier.

How should I pack the product for Return?

Make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. On the bag, do mention your order number. If your order is approved for return, you will receive the packaging instructions and return address in a separate email from us.

How do I initiate a return and what happens afterwards?

o File a return request form at cardin.in/contact/

o After review we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by us. We will reimburse the shipping charge you bear to return the package, up to a maximum of Rs 100/kg in the form of Credit Points to your account.

o After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Replacement or refund is initiated after that. Replacement would depend on the stock availability.

It takes between 1 to 3 weeks from the time a request is raised to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location.

Want to return a product

At cardin.in, we believe that customer satisfaction is key- therefore we stand behind all merchandise bought at our site. We will replace any order within 3 days of delivery, if you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you,

• Wrong Size

• Wrong Color

• Wrong Quantity

• Defective

• Damaged, Or

• Significantly different from the description given by us

However do make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip.

Change quantity of order

We can change the quantity of order as long as it is not shipped.

• If you are reducing the quantity of an order, the balance amount will be refunded to your bank account (through which the payment was made) or to your cardin.in account in the form of Credit Points.

If you want to increase the quantity of an order, we recommend that a new order should be placed.

Why was my order cancelled

An order at cardin.in can get cancelled under following circumstances –

• Policy Violation by Buyer e.g. duplicate orders placed during a deal

• Product out of stock

• Buyer’s location not serviceable by our courier partners

• Payment fraud suspicion

• Incorrect pricing or description of the product

• Any other reason which prevents us from fulfilling the order

The order can be modified as long as it is not shipped.

You can check the status of your order at cardin.in/order-tracking/ . If your order is shipped from us then it cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order if it is not shipped by calling our Customer Care or drop a note on cardin.in/contact/

For Paid orders, it takes upto 2 to 3 weeks for the money to get refunded to your account.

Courier company’s message is inconsistent

We use the services of some of the industry’s best courier/delivery companies for delivering your orders. However, if you suspect that the courier company’s message is inconsistent, please drop us a note on [email protected] On such incidents, we have no-compromise policies with the courier companies. We can even discontinue using the courier’s service in that region if more than one complaint is received.

Courier charged me extra money

The amount that you pay while ordering at cardin.in includes the product and courier charges. You are not required to pay any extra amount at the time of receiving the order.

However, some states levy octroi charges (or any Local Body Tax) which we pay to courier/delivery partner. In a rare circumstance, if you had to pay, please send the scanned copy of the receipt to us. We will refund the amount in the form of Credit Points to your registered account.

Inappropriate courier behaviour

We use the services of some of the industry’s best courier/delivery companies for delivering your orders. However, if any courier/delivery partner’s behaviour is inappropriate, please drop us a note on [email protected] On such incidents, we have no-compromise policies with the courier companies. We can even discontinue using the courier’s service in that region if more than one complaint is received.

Delivered to wrong address

In case, you discover that courier company has marked the delivery to another city, you should immediately contact Customer Care and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

What happens after an RTO is received by WomensTrendz?

As it was a paid order, we will check if you would like reshipment.

Return to origin

‘Return to origin’ or RTO means the courier had tried to deliver the order at your address but could not do it and it is now coming back to the shipper.

Before an RTO is initiated, courier or our team makes attempts to contact you on your phone and email.

Shipment is not trackable

Courier companies update the tracking number on their website after the shipment is handed over to them. Sometimes it takes up to 48hours for the tracking number to get updated. Meanwhile, the shipment is on its way to its destination.

If you have recently received the shipment details, we would recommend you to wait and retry tracking on the website after some time.

If the tracking number is still not updated, do get in touch with us through our Customer Care.

More than 7 days since it was shipped

It takes between 5 to 7 days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. The number of days could vary depending on your location.

Please check the status of your shipment from the courier website using the tracking number sent to you on your registered email.

If on the courier website, you can see that there is a movement of your package in last 48-hours, please give 2-3 days more to the courier to deliver.

However, if the package is still not delivered to you and you do not see movement in the last 48 hours on the courier website, you should check with the courier company or contact Customer Care.

We do continuous follow up with the courier till the order is delivered and if there is a delay in delivery we send periodic updates on your registered email.

Order is shipped

It takes between 5 to 7 days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. The number of days could vary depending on your location.

When the order is dispatched, we email you the tracking number and courier/delivery partner details.

You can track the shipment on the courier/delivery partner’s website using the airway bill number (also known as AWB or tracking number).

Change order address

We can take your request for change of address as long as the order has not been handed over to our courier partner.
