Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation

  •     As long as the package has not left our warehouse, the order may be cancelled.
  •     Cancellations can be carried out by contacting our Customer Service on.
  •     If the package has already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel the order.

Exchange

  • If  there is size or colour issue with the product we may exchange your product. You just have to call our customer care regarding the issue and we will pick the product up from your end.
  • It is possible that Reverse logistic is not available from our side in your area so in that case please send the package to 124/A, Shanti Industrial Estate, S.N. road, Tambe Nagar, Mulund west, Mumbai 400080.
  • The merchandise purchased on discount cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect; in which case the customer is requested to notify the Cardin Customer Support team within 30 days of receipt of the order.
  • The items returned have to be in their original state/unused and accompanied by the original packaging and tag.
  • Exchanged item will be delivered to you in 10 working days after we get the product.
  • Exchange of the product can happen only once per order. No further exchange/ Return will be granted to a product already exchanged.

Returns & Refund

  • We do not accept return requests on Innerwear & Accessories.
  • The items returned have to be in their original state/unused and accompanied by the original packaging and tag.
  • The merchandise purchased on discount cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect; in which case the customer is requested to notify the Cardin Customer Support team within 30 days of receipt of the order.
    Deadline for Returns
  • You may return all items purchased from the Cardin Online Store within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. To place orders for return please call us on our Customer Service number at.
  • Please note that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state with packing material, price tags, labels, etc.
  • The merchandise should not be in a used state. Soiled/stained/worn-out or torn merchandise will NOT be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds will be given on merchandise purchased on discount unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Reimbursement is normally completed within 7 to 25 working days, once the request has been placed with our customer care executive. In case of returned goods, the refund is done within 7 to 25 working days after we have received the returned merchandise in good condition. Post which you will receive a confirmatory mail regarding safe receipt & acceptance of returned goods.
  • For Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking), the transaction corresponding to the order will be reversed, if it is within 90 days of the original transaction date of the return order, into the Credit/Debit Card or Bank account which was used by the customer to place the order, within 8-10 working days receipt of the return order.
  • The reversal of the transaction is subject to a thorough quality check of the returned merchandise to determine whether it is returned as per the requisite terms & conditions. In case the refund has to be made beyond 90 days of the original transaction date, a cheque will be issued & dispatched in the name & address of the person who has placed the order.
